Short version
Quiet is a free tool. It sorts your Gmail with AI. It is provided as-is with no warranty. You can stop using it anytime.
Free use
Quiet is free for personal use. The classifier runs on external AI services that may throttle heavy volumes. If your inbox crosses that threshold, Quiet may pause classification until capacity is available.
Accuracy
The AI classifier is fast and cheap but not perfect. Expect roughly nine out of ten decisions to match what you would do by hand. Emails moved to the Later or Danger labels stay inside your Gmail, and you can restore anything to your inbox in one tap. If a real message lands in a label by mistake, that is on you to check, not on us.
Safety alerts
The optional safety-contact feature sends an email to the contact you designate when a suspected scam is blocked. These alerts are best-effort and must not be relied on as a complete security service. If you believe an email is a scam, do not click it.
No data resale
Quiet does not sell, share, or syndicate your email metadata to third parties. Ever. The services named in our privacy policy are strict processors operating on our behalf.
No liability
Quiet is provided without warranty. Drey, the author, is not liable for missed messages, misclassified mail, or anything else you might suffer from using or not using this tool.
Changes
If the terms change materially, the change date at the top of this page updates and anyone signed in sees a one-screen notice the next time they open the dashboard.
